      Our Organization

      The Iowa Police Chiefs Association (IPCA) was formerly known as the Iowa Police Executive Forum, or IPEF. Renamed in 2009, the organization was established in 1983 by police chiefs whose goal was to foster a meaningful exchange of ideas through open discussion, research and evaluation of critical law enforcement issues.  Learn more about the IPCA on our About Us page.
