This annual training is presented by our Iowa Police Chiefs Association. The training program is designed to prepare both newly appointed police chiefs and current police chiefs, and command staff to progressively manage law enforcement agencies in the 21st century.
This training utilizes existing talent in the state and region for providing a high-quality, cost effective training experience and encourages collaboration and dialogue among those in attendance.
